Cheap, but disorganized, inconvenient, and possibly intensional scams. We were charged BOTH the full 990 excess fee and the fuel pre-pay after we returned the car, and then forced to prove our eligibility to have it refunded. Luckily we had taken photos of the vehicle condition and fuel gauge When we dropped it off and so over several days were able to get the money back. If we didnt have the pictures, Im not sure what would have happened. Especially for the fuel, its hard to prove and lots of easy cash for an unscrupulous rental agent. Be very careful if you rent here.

I highly recommend this company , they were by far the cheapest option for renting a car for 1 week from the Almeria airport!! I've paid only 200 for 7 days with fully comprehensive insurance and full to full , fuel policy. Somebody waited for me just outside of the terminal and I was ready to go in less than 10 min. As a bonus for me , although I've booked the cheapest car which was a petrol Chevrolet Aveo , their agent was waiting for me with a almost brand new Ford Tourneo diesel!! Fair play to them I will definitely repeat with them next year. As a minus though or as a suggestion for them they really need more people to answer the phones , emails, social account pages etc....I was just about to cancel my reservation with them because I couldn't get any answer from them.
